“I live 40 minutes away. The chicken was still crunchy when we got home. The wings are huge 100% worth the price. Taste is great. Was not prepared for the regular fried to be be spicy. We also got the garlic soy which was wonderful, still crunchy after the drive with sauce on it. The kids enjoyed the bubble teas, just wish they had boba, they didn't have any ready yet.“

“This is the sports bar we've been waiting for in Haymarket. The service is amazing, the wings and food are great and they seem to have added a lot more flavors. The beer is ice cold and the atmosphere is everything you could want in a local sports bar. They even had the Battlefield football game on the first night we were here. “Ordered online for pickup. Food was not ready as stated. Had to wait 15 additional minutes before food was ready. Staff member was nice but a young guy. Staff member checked the bag before giving me my food to go. Took the food to the office and realized that Bonchon forgot to include my kimchi that I ordered. I called back up to the restaurant to make it known and the young staff member answered. He didn't seem to care too much about forgetting to put my kimchi in the bag and he gave a half hearted "I'm sorry".“

“On November 4th I needed 6 pizzas for a daycare by 11 an the 2 guys plus the lady in the back to the liberty of take a pre order and start my order by 10:45 even tho they open at 11. everything was fresh and ready ! I completely forgot the 2 guys name but if the manager sees this or corporate! Please tell them to keep smiling and make people happy as they made a bunch of kids day ! “The young staff here were very friendly and easy to work with. I enjoyed my experience while ordering my food and then waiting on it in the store. Of course I am amazed with the small pizzas they sell. The pizza tastes great but the small size did take me aback. I suppose that is because they can advertise a large pizza at a fantastic price but the Pizza Hut interpretation of size is way overblown. Their large pizza is closer in size to a small pizza at an independent pizza place. So. the food tastes good but be prepared for miniscule sizes. This last part is important if you teenagers in the home.“

“Ordered a stuff crust pizza? There was no cheese in that pizza in the crust at all. Nothing no juice in that crust what back next day, they fulfilled and remade it, no problem. Tasted excellent, and it was very delicious. Can't wait to stop by again“

“Got an email announcing a new deep dish pizza at pizza hut. Dine in only. I love a good deep dish, and haven't been satisfied with any outside of Chicago. So I was psyched to try the huts.Let me first say this was an excellent pizza, perfect deep dish, it was as good as I have had anywhere. I will be back.That said, as I mentioned, it's dine in only. I see why, it has to be in the pan or it falls apart, as any real deep dish would.But you can't preorder dine in on the app, nor online. Pizza huts online apps really stink. Ok, so I drove in. The kid behind the counter didn't know the two styles available ( pepperoni or meaty). So I said pepperoni and sausage . Then I sat down and saw the table tent pictured, saying the types. I went straight back up and showed him the ad, and said, I want meaty. "But I already put it in". I told him to change it. He whined again, I already put it in.He didn't know the menu, then he couldn't be bothered to fix it. I might add, we were the only customers in the place!Later, after about 10 minutes, the cook/manager came out to tell us the deep dish takes 20 minutes (I expected it would, it's deep dish) I mentioned I wanted meaty, and he said he would make it, and did.When it came out, all hot and pretty, it was fantastic.Bottom line, call ahead, the app won't work, the website won't work, and you want them to start it for you so you don't wait half an hour. And don't count on any table service nor anyone who knows the menu. But if you get past the hurdles, that is one great pie.“
