Subway's food experience varies greatly. One customer had a terrible time with an online order of subs and a churro, which were not properly prepared according to their specifications. The subs were reported to be ice cold, with incorrect condiments and no churro was received. However, another customer had a delightful experience with a Turkey, Ham & Bacon sub on a Herbs & Cheese Toasted Sub Roll, with spinach, cucumber, and onion sauce, praising the delicious food. Faith, an employee, received special mention for her excellent and exceptional service. Therefore, Subway's food quality and service quality seem to differ greatly depending on the specific situation.
