I detoured to try their chicken salad while on lunch. Not sure if this was the only chicken salad option they had. I was not impressed. Pretty dry and very strong onion flavor. Chicken was mushy. Staff didn't greet me while browsing, seemed nice enough while paying, lots of sandwich options. Prices are not displayed.
The best sandwiches—not just in Cape Charles, but literally anywhere else we’ve been. The bread is fresh and clearly homemade, the ingredients are always fresh, and there are lots of quick grab and go options. Sandwiches remind of us of Taste across the bridge—but even better!

Best grab n go sandwiches on the eastern shore! This little shop packs a big punch in a small town. Loved not having to wait in line or waste time placing an order. Relaxed vibe and super friendly people. Also loved the pizza. It’s clear they take pride in their fresh baked bread; great dough!
