Usually I write positive reviews about the food. And, this place warrants that. But, really, Deadrise stands out because of the service staff. It's not often I go to a restaurant and ask to see the manager to compliment their staff. But I did last night. What a great group of servers. They were happy, helpful and attentive. Sometimes our favorite places are just fun to visit. That's Deadrise. Probably be on our stop-in list every time we pass Cape Charles now.
This is easily one of our favorite places not just in Cape Charles but in general. The food here is consistently amazing and I think at this point we have had a little bit of everything on the menu. We love sitting out on their patio with our dog who is also well taken care of when we visit. Everyone who works here is such a delight and so nice to talk to. This is definitely worth a stop in Cape Charles.
