Good food, terrible service at bar. Our tab could have been 3x what ot was, but it took 30 kinutes to get a round of drinks for six. She, our bartender, had no interest in us and avoided our corner as she chatted with couples and replenished glassware. Luckily we moved to a table and our waiter stepped it up, except for the drinks from the bar of course...she was no help.

We've stopped here twice on trips to the outer banks and both times service has been super friendly and attentive. The food is tasty, they added potato and pasta salad as side dishes, we enjoyed both. Great views, can't go wrong here. Unfortunately no pictures because we inhaled the food before remembering to snap a shot.

I've had lunch here twice. We've enjoyed it so much that we plan to stop in every time we are passing through Cape Charles. Food is always excellent. The ambience is very laid-back and beachcomber-like. There's plenty of free parking out front. Getting here is a wee bit of an excursion on winding back roads - I wouldn't have found it without GPS.
