“We were greeted and seated by Ness within 30 seconds of arriving. Her service and hospitality was welcoming and friendly. She was able to answer our questions and make recommendations. Two of us shared the spiced shrimp (which isn't spicy) and snow crab legs for two. It was cooked just right and was so delish! I can't wait to go back and order this again. Our bill for this and two sodas was less than $50 which, for the quality & quantity, is an amazing price.“

“I’ve been coming here for several months now and it is hands down the best spot in Roanoke! The line dancing nights on Tuesday and Thursday are a blast!! They have live bands every Friday and Saturday and they are always so good! Having the option to go upstairs and dance the night away is a big plus! The food and drinks are all excellent! Everything comes out so fresh and hot! I haven’t found a dish I have not enjoyed here. If you’re looking for a spot that has great energy, great employees, and fantastic food this is the place to be! “This was the 2nd time coming to eat got there early normally you get bread with oils to dip which I really like but this time I didn't get it which the waiter said it was not ready but I found it odd that the next couple that came in not even five minutes after we set got it immediately and we had not even got our food which was ok but not the best not sure if we will be back anytime soon“

After a small confrontation with my server Steve over the table for 4 in a well lit area that I had requested when making my reservation through Open Table, that reminded me of the confrontation Ronald Reagan had at the radio station when they tried to take the microphone away from him and he replied "I am paying for this microphone," Steve handled himself like a gentleman and was able to bring out the best in him, providing me with an extraordinary dining experience. The food was amazing as usual, the ambiance distinguished, and the service exemplary. Billy's has been my favorite restaurant since I moved to the Star City of the South, Roanoke. Not only to dine on special occasions, but my philosophy has always been that you can make any day special by dining at Billy's. “My Mom lives here at Friendship Manor. Club Friendship is in the resident's center and is open weekdays. Mom likes being able to walk to the cafe and seems to prefer it over having someone take her off campus to eat out.The staff are very friendly and get to know the clientele by name. I get hugs when I visit. (I've been coming to visit several times a year for 20 years.)The menu is relatively inexpensive and is suitable for nearly everyone.“
