I appreciated the man working the front who offered me utensils and was kind. The order was ready right on time and hot. My partner enjoyed the chicken katsu. For me, the bao buns had great flavor. But as other people mentioned, they are very stingy with the meat portions. It ruins what would otherwise be an excellent meal and leaves you feeling like the food wasn’t worth what you paid for it. ~$5 per bun for what is basically 60% dough, 30% slaw, and 10% meat. -2 stars.

I ordered the Wed. lunch special in person at the restaurant. Service was good, and the chicken was hot and prepared in a reasonable amount of time. BUT, the chicken (including drumsticks) was very dry/overcooked. I wondered if maybe it had been reheated - it was that dry. Might have been OK if they hadn’t been so stingy with the sauce - it was VERY sparingly drizzled over the chicken, not coming close to coating it. The fries were good - well cooked & hot. The...

We had a bowl of plain Udon Soup (great broth), Korean BBQ wings (8pcs) with coleslaw. Food was delicious! As for the dishwasher glass racks, cases of napkins and soda cups in the dining area, these should be hidden in storage.
