This store always gets the order right and done very fast.
Ordered wings for takeout. My order was ready at the expected eta. The wings were cooked and seasoned fully. Staff is nice. I have no complaints for this pizza spot.
Had an issue with my delivery, but Alex the manager turned the whole experience around. He listened, was genuinely apologetic, and didn’t just say the right things, he actually fixed the problem. You could tell he cared about getting it right, not just smoothing things over. That kind of accountability and customer care is rare these days. Because of how Alex handled it, I’ll definitely be back. Give this man a raise!

Papa Johns Pizza offers delicious food choices, with Philly Cheese Steak and buffalo wings being standouts. A frequent traveler for work considers it a go-to place for these dishes, enjoying the consistent quality of the food. However, some customers feel bored with the menu options and wish for new items or for favorites like the Double Cheeseburger Pizza to become permanent. A family had a memorable experience at the restaurant when the manager and team went above and beyond to entertain their youngest son by letting him make his own pizza, creating a cherished memory from a simple visit. Despite this, there are issues with order readiness; the papa tracker often indicates that orders are ready when they are not, leading to frustration. Nevertheless, the quality of the food, particularly the wings and Philly Cheese Steak, continues to impress many customers.
