Big Mama Korean Cuisine

The Bulgogi, like my rating, is ok. It tasted good and is a ok portion, but most of the beef are little tiny shredded pieces. Instead of thin slices of pan fried or grilled like it should be, the beef reminded me of scrapings from the grill when removed with a spatula. Some days you just need someone to cook you a bowl of steaming hot ramen. This place is unassuming because it's cafeteria style in the back of an Asian supermarket (Lotte), but it totally hits the spot. I get the #36 ramen. There's only one other variety which has fish cakes. When I'm not craving ramen hard, the #5 sundubu jiggae (spicy tofu soup with seafood) amazing. It's always a hard decision. Love this place! Such a hidden gem inside Lotte. This is always my parent's first stop request when they're visiting. They love shopping in Lotte and getting Big Mama takeout. Not only is the food delicious but they are always so sweet to us. Excellent food, excellent customer service...highly recommend!!
