“There were three of us. We got appetizers, main entrees, dessert, and drinks. This was the first time we dined at this location. Check out the photos. The atmosphere was great, as was the food. Our server took good care of us. We plan on going back.
Parking: It is an urban type parking area. It is available but sometimes one has to look.“

“Best Salvadoran food in the area. The pupusa with the crunchy cole slaw and carrots and salsa was my favorite and at 3.75 it is a steal. They are large and more flat than other pupusas I've tried, but crazy worth! Also, the cheese pull was beautiful.
The steak nachos had an incredible amount of steak and there are beans on the bottom. They did forget the lettuce/ tomato/sour cream, but they got it out soon after.
The steak fajita came out hot and the steak was well cooked--not too tough. The jalapeño added a spicy touch. The corn tortilla was a bit too thick so ask for a flour tortilla if you're not used to it. The corn tortilla is delicious though--and it's more authentic if you choose to get a corn tortilla.
Super BIG burrito with beef tongue inside. The rice is cooked well with some peas and well cooked beans.
They have a big dollop of sour cream, lettuce, tomato, guacamole... again super great value.
Everything comes out hot, so be wary of the hot plates. Super good prices and we were very full after.“

“I've been there over 10 times for pupusas. The staff is nice, the service is great. The food has always come out on time. The flavors are on point. The pupusas are made fresh to order and the fillings are flavorful. Great space and children always welcome“

“Was in the area late and decided to try them for dinner to go. Flavorful and authentic pupusas! So warm and cheesy with good amount of meat. I ordered 3 pupusas and the horchata. Really good quality and made fresh. Will be back!
Parking: Lots of parking available. There is a larger lot in the back for additional parking“

“Sorry I do not have any photos to include, once I opened the lid to my to-go meal I was on beast mode foaming at the mouth. The spread was incredible to say the least, visuals alone. The carne asada was savory, seasoned perfectly, portioned very generously, and was a great cut of meat. Other places seem to serve gristly chewy meat but this was far far from that. 10/10. Very authentic. I will be back :) Nice staff - do not let the location throw you off. I grew up in this neighborhood and it really isn't a bad place at all. Nice community“

“I'm visiting here in Virginia, I come from Texas and I came to eat here everything was very delicious I loved the food, the music, the atmosphere and the lady who served us was very friendly, excellent service and my husband loved the roast beef I hope to come back again“
“I stumbled upon this p-lace when I was poking around on TripAdvisor. I had never had Salvadoran food before, but ask my dad what he thought of pupusas. He said he loved them, so I thought I would give them a try. After a long day at work, I swung by and they were empty (too late for lunch and a tad early for dinner). I walked right up to the counter and got my to-go order. I got three pupusas and they were ready in ten minutes. The plain cheese one was fantastic and super gooey. The pork one was by far my favorite with a nice mix of meat and cheese. The bean one was my least favorite as it was a tad dry. The pupusas themselves were definitely hand made and were bigger than I expected. I kind of just wish I had gotten two of them as three just made me so full. But I could not stop eating...“

“These guys came to the St. John the Apostle Parish Picnic today and were quite pleasant folks. They had a very positive demeanor and served food that was absolutely incredible. The burrito that I ate was absolutely delicious and garnered the admiration of multiple different people. 10/10, I would eat here again. I actually almost got a burrito to go but was sad to see that they had already left for the day.“

“Don't order the carne asada the rice is very plastic tasting and hard as a rockThe meat is too thick to be traditional carne asada looks like rib eye not flank steak/fajita cut. Anyway no flavor in the steak and very fatty..The papusa we got were amazing. Stick with papusa..“

“This is one of the best restaurants in the Virginia area for Central American food. Especially the food from Honduras and El Salvador. The atmosphere is very good, the food tastes very good and they serve a lot. The parking is quite large and free, and they also have very varied menus for children. I recommend it for anyone who wants to remember the flavor of their land.
On weekends it is not very easy to find parking but during the week there are plenty of spaces available.
The food is served quickly and you can tell that it is prepared on the spot because it is very fresh.
Vegetarian options: You can choose several vegetarian options
Parking: There are plenty of spaces available especially during work week days
Kid-friendliness: There are several options for children
Wheelchair accessibility: There is enough space for a wheelchair“
