We used Anderson’s Seafood & Catering for our reception at a local campground and had an amazing experience. Ted was in constant communication with me for months leading up to the event and worked closely with us on the menu, asking all the right questions to ensure everything ran smoothly. We specifically wanted a pig roasted on-site, and he was able to make that happen. They also coordinated a bartender for us, which made planning even easier. The entire event went off...
Andersons has the BEST fish and seafood. And wonderful dips. They have done a wonderful job of almost no price increases while food everywhere else is going up. And they use the best sources, like salmon from the North Sea and trout from right next door in Madison County.
Ted's a great guy and the fish he sells is the best I've ever had. The salmon is with out a doubt the best you can get, anywhere. My wife lived in the great northwest, Seattle and she thought when she moved here it would be the end of great salmon. She says this is even better. Great crab cakes, shrimp and more. Don't miss this fish!
