It was a bit pricey, but the quantity and quality were great! My favorite was the salad (the most delicious tangy salad dressing).
Oat chai was good! Kids hot chocolate was a tad too sweet, but with extra milk, it was great. Flat white was absolutely amazing

Kid friendly, amazing patio, charming interior, great service, DELICIOUS FOOD. We got breakfast sandwiches and coffees here and loved loved loved it! The donuts and breads used for the sandwiches were amazing! ?

The food, drink and staff are all exceptional. The atmosphere inside is quaint and has a lovely vibe. We always sit out side as we bring our dog. The atmosphere outside could be improved exponentially with a good power washing of the patio. Tidying the weeds and adding a few more strategically placed shade covers/umbrellas would give this cafe a 5 star rating. 2 stars for outdoor comfort and cleanliness.
Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options. They are willing to be flexible. All is delicious.
Dietary restrictions: Sourdough bread is a suitable substitute for gluten free here credited to their processing. Leave off the butter to make it dairy free.

10/10 recommend stopping by this hidden spot in cville. Some of the best lattes and sourdough donuts around. The staff were so kind and pleasant, even exchanged small talk which is not common anywhere these days. I can't wait to come back.
