Have been here about 5–6 times now and usually order the steak frites during happy hour. It’s always been great, which is why tonight was a little disappointing. The steak was cut much thicker than on our previous visits (normally it’s thinly sliced), and it was actually pretty hard to cut. My mom ordered it for the first time because mine always looked so good, and unfortunately she had the same experience.

We went for the first time last night for my wife’s birthday. Seeing the wood stacked outside and then the grill going inside, I knew we were in for a treat. I had the KC Strip Steak and my wife had the Halibut with the Brussels and Smashed Potatoes. Everything was amazing and the service was just as good. Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely be back next time we come to Charlottesville.
