Food portions are very small. But at 5 bucks a taco they find a way to hit the spot. 3.5 tacos is the golden number... if youre a small person 3 tacos.. 180 pounds and up id say 4.
This is a sit, drink, take your time, eat, and take your time kinda place. Don't expect prompt service .. though the service here is friendly and thorough. Drinks are great (alcohol and otherwise), food is great. Id say 4 out of 5 stars.

The server and cashier were so sweet! My brothers and I are new to Charlottesville and gave Brazos a chance! The shrimp tacos and a veggie burrito were delicious! The decor and outside seating is very unique and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back. I just am disappointed with the chicken quesadilla.. it wasn’t good :( but the rest was amazing I recommend you guys try the shrimp tacos they were great!! The salsa is super good too!! You guys definitely have to try. I’ll definitely...
