Grabbed a slice of Stawberry Belle on Saturday afternoon and kept it in the fridge until Monday to be able to enjoy on my anniversary since Cake Bloom isn't open on Monday's. Wow. Best decision ever. Even two days later in the fridge this cake was 10/10. Now that I know how amazing this flavor is, not sure if it will ever last in my fridge again for two days but wanted to make sure to share with everyone else that buying slices in advance is possible. Cake Bloom was absolutely incredible!

We did a cake tasting about two months before the wedding, and it was so good that my brother and his fiancé immediately said this was the one. Since the couple lives in California, my family was responsible for selecting the cake—and they completely trusted our decision. I’m so glad they did, because they absolutely loved it on their wedding day.

We absolutely love Cake Bloom, and the gluten free options. The pavlovas are just a wonderfully light, well-made, very delicious and special treat anytime. We were fortunate enough to need a birthday cake during April, and also got to try the Chocolate Halva Torte. I accidentally ordered two, so we are currently scheming a get-together so we can share this second beautiful cake. Don't worry, the cake will go to great use, and I am not complaining!! Thanks for making it so...
