Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life at a chil fil a. I have never had to write a review or contact corporate office.
Management is extremely rude, will talk over you and fight you tooth and nail instead of giving you a refund for THEIR mistake. And then had the nerve to tell me…..and I quote “if I do it for you then I will have to do it for anyone”
Will never take my hard earned money to this location of barracks road ever again...read full review
Used to be since they open they were doing pretty good now they went down seems to me to get to many new people and they can’t get it together
