Nice staff good coffee
Charlottesville Dunkin - iced tea was mildewed!! Had to trade it in at another location.
Kind and hospitable lady working the closing shift by herself today compensated us with some extra drink because of an issue with the cups. She didn't give me a hard time for pulling up in the drive thru 5 minutes after placing a mobile order (sorry!). Sometimes takes a bit but the employees are trying their best. Please support them!

This Dunkin' location is also kid-friendly, with a high chair and changing table available, and wheelchair accessible with a ramp on the sidewalk. While one visit may have been a bit unorganized, with a delay in service and some sloppy work, the overall experience at this Dunkin' is positive, with kind and helpful staff.
