Nice new sun shaded patio area and open interior cafe space. Indeed a kind place to enjoy a good cup of Joe. Snack items somewhat small, could be beefed up but tasty. A lot too families and healthy folk as located inside the cville YMCA which is impressive.
You have not met kinder people in all your life! Yes, I know I don't know you personally but trust me anyway. They make it a pleasure to be in their company and you WANT to come back. I've enjoyed everything I've had when I've visited including coffee, lattes, and smoothies. The price is comparable to many coffee shops but the portions seem more generous resulting in a better buy. Awesome spot! I took a day trip from Richmond to Charlottesville in large part to visit Kindness Cafe and it was well worth it. Super warm and positive atmosphere. My berry smoothie and blueberry & lemon bar were both very good and quite reasonably priced. Service was friendly and the food came out super fast! Great opportunity to support the local special needs community.
