I would really love to say thank you to Robin for being helpful with me when the cashier didn't give me the receipt and I need to return a shoe rack that is I thought was on sale. She is really kind and patient with me. And I would like say that I really appreciate her. Among the 3 employees I've encountered yesterday , she is the only one who had tried to help me out. Thumbs up!
Manned by scumbags. I purchased a prescription that I needed to head off a life-and-death condition. The scumbag "Technician" named Vasantha quoted me a price of $39.63. I presented him with my GoodRx card to see if I can get it for a better price. Vasantha said "it was exactly the same" and being in a miserable state that I am, I took him at his word. When I got home I remembered that I had thee GoodRx App and checked the price - it was listed at $18.55!! WTF?! I hope Kroger...read full review

I went through customer service for two services and was harassed by security. As I checked our she accused me of using self checked out as an excuse to violently stop my basket with her manual switch with my two month old in the basket causing him to j*** in an aggressive manner. Sorta like being hit from the rear in a vehicular accident. I told her I did not use self check out so she didn't need to check my receipt.
