Parking isn't great, but food is! Clean bathroom, well-cooked noodles and meat, flavorful milk tea. Free wifi and lots of seating.
What a refreshing find. Food was perfect! Owners were delightful to meet. Enjoyed everything about this restaurant! We came here to eat three days in a row!

While the wait time can be a bit long, the food is worth it. This is a Mom and Pop place with excellent food and good prices. The family running the restaurant is happy to advise on Vietnamese options. Whether a Pho purist or just in it for the boba, Mai Tea delivers on both fronts. This gem in downtown is a 5.0 experience, on par with the best.
