Mint Kitchen is a rare gem in Charlottesville offering some of the best South Indian food ever. The food is authentic, delicious, and tastes fresh and homemade. Absolutely the best dosa, stuffed with lamb and very flavorful in a large portion size. The butter chicken was equally amazing. The goat biriyani was outstanding and delicious, and the Sri Lankan Kottu and chicken curry are packed with flavor. The vada was so soft and fresh, and the sambar was delicious and authentic. The masala chai was great too. This cloud kitchen concept has a beautiful kitchen and is perfect for takeout. The owner is kind, welcoming, and friendly, happy to be serving quality food. Great portions mean you won’t go away hungry. Highly recommended.
