I visited for dinner on a Wednesday evening. The service was quick and efficient. A shout-out to my server, Lynn, who went above and beyond to pack my leftovers, including my drink.
The only complaint I have is regarding the parking lot which is tiny and is rather hard to get into and out of.

We had an amazing time at Mockingbird. Tanya was an amazing server. She was knowledgeable about the food, efficient and personable. The food was 10/10. We got the pork chops and smoked chicken followed up by the chocolate bourbon pecan pie and raved about it the whole way home. Thank you Tanya and Mockingbird for a wonderful evening!

Incredibly rushed. Appetizer had 1.5 slices of tomato - 3 pieces and each was half of a slide of tomato. Server took the appetizer off the table before we finished the pimento cheese. Entree dropped whole finishing feta appetizer. The whole experience was disappointing. Entrees were just ok, same taste as a Cracker Barrel. Pot roast and flank steak. Wouldn’t return.

I planned a weekend getaway in Charlottesville for my wife's birthday and made a reservation at Mockingbird for her birthday dinner. We had never been here before and we were not disappointed. Food and service were absolutely superb and really made the weekend special! There was live music outside and the whole vibe was just amazing. We're looking forward to coming back again!
