I was waiting on my train down from here and decided to go get a drink and maybe some food. Came in and got me a drink and the guy working said we closing at 3 is that fine. I was good with that!! The drink was fare
We were a party of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). While driving through town and shopping at a few local, favorite places we decided on Potbelly. We do not have a Potbelly near our home hours away.We knew the 2 children would enjoy the toasty "Mama's Meatball" sandwich and the delicious cookies! The food was pretty decent but the customer service was trash. My husband ordered a combo and the “manager?” Told him the drink machine was down. He told her no big deal..could he order a milkshake as an upgrade. She would not understand what he was asking to do. Then as I returned to the lobby to clean a drink I had spilled, I overheard her calling him stupid because she couldn’t understand his question.
