This multimillion $ corporation is not a "Small business" yet decided to take millions in free government loans as part of the PPP program during the pandemic crisis. When smaller LOCALLY OWNED competitors are going under and did not get the money.
Due to the corporate greed taking $10m from small busiesses I will not support any business with Potbelly Sandwich Shop. Understand franchise are generally locally owned but backed by deep pocket corporations who's greed has/will hurt many. I'll never cross the threshold of a Potbelly again.

Employees seem miserable, like they're forced to be there, and they don't try to hide it from customers. They work slow as possible and have messed up every order I had. Food is overpriced. Quality of food doesn't line up with prices. Save yourself the trip, there's a half dozen better sub shops walking distance from here.
