rapture has been such a good place to go to no matter what days of the week it is. they are constantly coming up with new creative ways to keep everyone engaged. everything I've tried so far has been good. my favorite is the gumbo. as far at atmosphere its pleasant, the lamps are my favorite love that they're red and set a speak easy type of mood. the staff is quick, even though they are usually busy. one of my favorite places to go to when downtown!
Wonderful experience! We had a large group who wanted to sit outside and they accommodated us. All the food was delicious and delivered promptly. The hostess and waiter were top-notch.
The food was really good. We asked the server for recommendations and were not disappointed. The gumbo, shrimp and grits, and grilled romaine salad were delish. We dined on an early Thursday evening, it wasn't crowded at all. Our table, another by the window, and a few people at the bar in the back. We didn't order drinks, but they had a nice menu of cocktails. Atmosphere is simple, the mirrors are amazing.
