They never pick up their phone, their website never works, on days that they say are open (and not a holiday or sum), they are closed, meaning I drove out for nothing (this has happened everytime I've made a trip out for them). Their food is great, but it seems impossible to even get it
Parking was a bit of a bother but the food was soooo worth it! I got the Birria Ramen and it was jam packed with meat, noodles and sauce, just the way I like it! Sauce was rich and flavorful, meat nice and tender. Ample toppings as well. Bravo and well done to the man working the truck. I will definitely return in the future.
I dream of the quesobirria. The soup, melted cheese, pickled jalepenos, everything about it is good.
