They unfortunately had a bad night. We checked in and immediately it seemed they messed something up with our table and so we were sat in the back corner near the bathroom. I'd avoid this table if you ever get assigned to it, wait the extra time. We waited 25 min before we were even given water. My wife and I love Ten. We always get the best service, but tonight was different. My wife has some pretty severe allergies. We mentioned this briefly to the host, who immediately got his manager to come over and help us out. The manager pointed out everything that was safe on the menu and even offered modifications to ensure everything was good. The staff tonight was exceptionally helpful. I can’t wait to dine there again.
