There is sushi and then there is Sushi. This is without doubt, the only Sushi in Charlottesville; conveniently located on the Downtown Mall. The Chef is meticulous in his procurement, prep and assembly of his Sushi and the other assorted items on the menu. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, sensitive to allergies and will immediately fix any problem should one arise. Ten is an upscale, but casual establishment, and the prices reflect that. I have been here twice in the last month and already have a third reservation in the next couple weeks! An absolute GEM added to Charlottesville! If you haven't been, it's a must! A few MUST tries: Espresso Martini (it's so creamy and one of the best in town!), the Wagyu Beef Roll (get ready to be addicted!), Tori Trio, and the Lobster Tempura!
Outstanding sushi. We eat sushi often so we know good sushi when we taste it. Their cuts of sushi melt in your mouth. I recommend ordering from the chef's recommendation selection. We were not disappointed!
