Sent in reservation a month in advance, asked for lower level seating in reservation, was not seated lower level in spite of existing empty table, was shuffled/moved upstairs to larger room, seated next to drafty door where servers entered and exited. Have visited for dinner once a week for the previous 4 weeks - A+ service until last night. Plus, it was a birthday dinner. All in all, a big let down. Guess we'll go next door to Tavola.

Great service. Our waiter was very attentive. However my husband ordered the recommended tenderloin and it came out rare. They took it back and brought him out another which was cooked medium as ordered but it was not tender at all- very chewy and definitely wasn't a tenderloin cut of meat. Disappointing. Also I was almost done eating by the time his second steak came out on our Valentine's date dinner. My fried chicken was good and cocktails were good.

In the past I've loved this restaurant but we had multiple issues this time. The “gnocchi” is rectangular slabs and the bolognese sauce tasted like the chef added taco seasoning. My husbands meatloaf as lukewarm and my daughters crab pasta was fishy. The waitress had too many tables and did not check in after our meal arrived. Disappointing. I've been a handful of times in the past but now I will hesitate to go back.

Great place to be around a lively young group of people. Drink, wine, lamb lollipops, steak special, and berry cobbler were all delicious. Server recognized we wanted a relaxed dinner so we could converse.

Even though the food was really good, I was disappointed by the effort to give us a really bad table, crammed between a wine rack and the bar passageway, even though we had a reservation and the restaurant was practically empty. It's a bad habit many restaurants cling to -- offering the worst table in hopes of getting rid of it -- but it sours the whole experience. We were finally offered a better table and had a chance to try the food, which was excellent. We'll probably give it another try because of its friendly vibe and great kitchen, and hopefully get a reasonable table on the first try.

Extremely pleasant experience on a Sunday evening. Glad we had 6:00 reservation as although almost empty when we arrived it quickly filled up. We love the relatively short but varied menu which does not take a long time to pore over. Our server, when asked, told us she did not recommend one dish that I was interested in. The braised bison short ribs were simply wonderful and my wife enjoyed the simple but tasty meatloaf. Did not try the desserts but they sounded very good. Will definitely return.
Our server was knowledgeable with the menu and offered suggestions. One of the Chef specials was lasagna bolognese which was served ice cold. The first piece looked like a well constructed cut of lasagna. Speculating, but I believe they cut it in half and put it in the microwave before returning it. On the plus side flavor was good. The salmon was delicious and I appreciate the strong recommendation. Too bad I was nearly finished when my wife's dish returned from the microwave.

Our biggest issue was that we made an 8:30 reservation on NYE and when we were sat at 8:30 We were immediately told we had to order ASAP because the kitchen had a hard close at 9:00. We were told this several times. They “allowed” us to order dessert after 9:00. We were never asked if we wanted another drink and the full dining experience from drinks, appetizer, entree to dessert was 45mins. The food was definitely rushed I didn't recognize any of the ingredients in my dish from the description on the menu. The food itself was fine. I think we could have had a better experience if they had not accepted later reservations that they didn't want to accommodate. Go earlier!
