Service is quick. . Seafood is usually hot and fresh, french fries are not always hot... Hush puppies are usually good (have experience mushy in the middle). You can eat in but the bathroom is not readily accessible -ask to use it. *Seafood Platter A - is pretty good But need a larger crab cake and extra scallop. I enjoyed my first visit to Captain J's. Food was lightly breaded and tasted good. I had the fish and shrimp lunch special and the portions were great. I got full for less than $16.00. I highly recommend it for quick seafood with the right bang for your buck. The food is frozen but it gets fried as soon as you order it and I really like that. The only downside is that I got honey mustard instead of tarter sauce for my fish ?

Food was excellent! I got the B platter and it was exquisite. Food is fresh and fast and the fries were perfect. All the seafood was great. My only complaint is that I was still wanting more after I finished! The portion size was ok but for almost $17 I want to have some leftovers!!
