“I don't know if you have ever hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores, but I have been doing this for over 20 years. Many of my beloved family members are vegan or vegetarian and every year our vegan dishes have been hit or miss. Despite our best intentions, we don't always get it right. I was really thrilled to find JMT eats and the amazing Ivory, who is the owner. They put together a selection of Thanksgiving dishes for us that were every bit as good (if not better) than the non-vegan versions. In fact, we had a hard time keeping the non-vegans out of the vegan food. Truly our best (mac and cheese and banana pudding!) Thanksgiving ever. Since then, we've become big fans and we celebrated when we heard that Valentine's Day would bring heart-shaped meatloaf with sides and sweets! As if that wasn't enough, Ivory invited us to her new storefront at 5660 Indian River Road in Virginia Beach to be among her first customers. We met her amazing and talented family and found out where the inspiration (and the decadent ice cream) comes from. What a joy! I don't know which of JMT's dishes you'll get to try but I know they'll be delicious and lovingly prepared!“
“This place is usually located in Chesapeake, but they made a trip over to the Hampton area. I have been trying to catch this place for a while. I have recently returned from deployment and I couldn’t help and hope that the place came near my area. To my delight they finally made their way here.The fish was delicate and flavorful, there was no resistance when I took a bite, definitely a 10/10. The crab cake was pack full of crab with a small and mount of filler. It tasted really fresh and my wife loved it. The shrimp were colossal and cooked very well. The waffle fries were better than chik fil la, and were nicely seasoned.If you ever get a chance to catch them in Chesapeake or they so happen to appear in your area, run don’t walk to try them ASAP.“

“My burger was so good!! & customer service deeefinitely deserves a 10/10!! It took no time to get our food, maybe like 10ish minutes. It was cold out, so we decided to go wait in the car. To our surprise the cashier brought our food out to us! Go check them out seriously, you won't be disappointed :)“
“Just tried this food truck for the 1st since moving down here. Have to say the best pizza around. Haven't had pizza this good in years. So if you ever see this food truck around, do yourself a favor and stop and get a pizza you won't be disappointed.“
“The food here is wonderful! We stumbled onto this gem of a barbeque place quite by accident. If you live anywhere near here, definitely check them out! It's such great food that there was a line for the takeout! But we were served quickly, and everyone there was very friendly and helpful! We got enough to have plenty of leftovers to enjoy later!“
“This was our first time tasting Miss Kim Mobile Kitchen. The food was flavorful and I was very excited to try it. We had the Sesame Chicken, the Thai Sweet Chilli Chicken, and the Mozzarella corn dogs. Also, the veggie spring rolls are delicious. Talk about being in a happy place! I do recommend them and I will try them again.“
