I think fake cheese is so gross. I was fully prepared to be disappointed but their mac and cheese is probably the best I’ve ever had. Vegan or not. The Philly steak is really flavorful. Just amazing food.
I don't know if you have ever hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores, but I have been doing this for over 20 years. Many of my beloved family members are vegan or vegetarian and every year our vegan dishes have been hit or miss. Despite our best intentions, we don't always get it right.
