IHOP is a busy place with some cosmetic issues, like ripped seats and missing paper towels in the bathroom. The menu has many selections, but the fine print can be hard to read. The Oreo's waffle was good, although it was not what was expected. The bacon was undercooked, and the hash browns were not crispy. The service could use improvement, although one server named Will stood out for his excellent service.
