On one occasion, a manager wearing a black blouse was observed using her cell phone and picking at her long nails in the food prep area, which raised concerns about food safety. However, on a different visit, the drive-thru staff was slow but apologetic about the wait time and had positive attitudes. The food, including fries and burgers, was found to be hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant provides hand sanitizer stations, which is appreciated by germaphobes.
