“Cat, wylita and gabby are seriously so amazing.My order was put in incorrectly and they all took time out to rectify the situation in different ways.One remade my orderAnother offered me something free for my waitbut they all made a point to apologize for the inconvenience.While waiting for my food, I had the best conversation and couldn’t stop laughing.I absolutely adore the morning crew at this tropical smoothie.“

“we had accidentally ordered to the wrong store and it was too far for us to make it in time so i called and spoke to the general manager i unfortunately didn’t get his name and he told us we couldn’t get a refund but he went so out of his way and literally brought our food to us at the place in sams circle. this dude deserves the world“

“I’m traveling back to my hometown in Lynchburg and came here to get an acai bowl for breakfast and assumed there was a drive through window and there wasn’t, I had my dog with me so I ran inside, ordered, and let the cashier know id be back in 5 minutes but I’m sitting with my dog because I don’t want someone to bust out my windows haha, she brought my order out to me!! So sweet!! ❤️❤️ I didn’t catch her name but she wears a little black Crystal around her neck :)“

“Very friendly but rather quiet. Young ladies usually man this location... I say man... Silly me anyway. They run this location mostly. I've only ever had one issue with food here and my tail slaw was cooked... Was the only issue I've ever had and I think that was actually an accident... Happens from time to time. We're all human, we make mistakes so I forgive him and I hope you will too. Check this one out cuz they make the best smoothies in Chesapeake!“

“I’ve visited a few times, and I have not experienced any of the issues that others have mentioned. The smoothies are always good, and the wraps/sandwiches have been delicious. The service doesn’t “knock your socks off friendly,” but it’s not bad either.My negative is that the storefront and doors/windows are somewhat cluttered and dirty.“

“First time vacation to TS in years. Smoothie is ok. Weird stringy things in it that look like hair, I'm guessing is pineapple?The sandwich though was awful. Drenched in Chipotle sauce and the avocado is beyond salty for whatever reason.Like the drinks, not the food. And the place smells strong of fabuloso.“
