I've visited Union Taco at Summit Pointe in Chesapeake numerous times since they opened in November. Because of their proximity to my office (I walk there almost every Tuesday), their awesome Taco Tuesday deal, their service at the bar and their consistently good food, I have nothing but high praise for this establishment. We came here on a last minute date night. Like a random week night, and they weren't too busy. But they did have a birthday party closer to the bar. As much as I want to list the few things that went wrong, especially since they weren't overly busy, I'm going to refrain and chuck it up to understaffed and focus on the good. Staff. Sunday afternoon nice day out, seated right away. Friendly server, more options than expected on menu. Tried a trio of various tacos, all were fabulous.Flavors were abundant and balanced. Sweet tea afficionados will find great tea here. Looking forward to trying more from the menu.
