Employees (Chastity) and cleanliness were far better than the one north of Richmond. They were actively wiping tables and all the napkins/utensils were full. The Bo Berry biscuit and cinnamon twist looked like they were sitting out all day, but this seems to be a common trend at many locations, or you end up waiting 10 mins for a new one to be made.
Charlene and Kierra did an amazing job at Bojangles today! They were the only two employees working, but you never would have known it. They handled the rush with professionalism, stayed positive, and kept everything moving smoothly.

I had visited this Bojangles several times before, and honestly, my previous experiences were not very good. However, after some time, I decided to give it another chance because I really love their chicken. It's always juicy, crispy, and full of flavor.
