corporate needs to intervene! It starts with management at this location & whoever is the manager that took over within the last 6 months is horrible!!!!!! Lacking integrity & Poor management skills across the board, times are hard & the staff do not care what they serve you and the loss you have to take when you buy food that’s not up to par and have to go elsewhere and spend due to your meal being soggy and cold! The biscuits were hard along with the cinnamon roll. The fries were stale as well. It was like everything had been sitting out for hours. The girl who took my order was very rude. No customer service skills at all. Just a bad experience, all the way round. Usually, the customer service is hit or miss but this visit was the worst.

Their chicken and other products are good when they have it. This location for some reason is often out of chicken french fries. They completely removed their soft drink machine and I seriously doubt this location will this will stay in business for much longer. Which is sad because they have some of the better tasting chicken in my humble opinion in the area. But they are surrounded by a sea of chicken places so competition is high.
