“I have always loved this Cava location until today when Rosie made me feel very uncomfortable. Her attitude was terrible. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. She was rude, rolled her eyes at my requests several times, she rushed me, she didn't close my container all the way and when I asked her to, she just smashed down the sweet potatoes that were hang off the side of the bowl. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my visit to one of my favorite CAVA locations today.“
