On 11/10/2023 at 10:15, I waited in drive-thru with no one in front of me and was asked to hold on. When I got to the window, not very friendly cashier asked me to pull up after a few minutes waiting at window. The worst!
Truly terrifying. It was about 9:30 pm and Wendy's is closed. Their employees are outside shouting at potential customers that they business is closed. But don't worry because Zaxby is next door.

Wendy's, located off the Chester exit, offers a variety of experiences for its customers. The restrooms are clean, and the staff members are generally friendly and helpful. The Dave's Single, fries, and coffee are praised for being prepared correctly and served quickly. Customers also appreciate the hot and fresh food, especially when served late at night by courteous employees. However, some reviews mention slow service and food that leaves something to be desired, with issues like dry or cold burgers and a run-down restaurant environment. The Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger is considered unappetizing without sauces but improves with added toppings, and spicy nuggets are enjoyed when paired with sauces. There was a concern about a young employee's lack of engagement, and the restaurant's atmosphere could be better maintained. Despite these issues, Wendy's continues to provide a range of experiences, with some aspects exceeding expectations while others fall short.
