I got the pretzel bites, cheese dip and a drink. The only thing good was the drink. The pretzels were barely warm, they were already sitting in a cup in the warmer when I walked up. They were not fresh at all so they were kind of rubbery. The cheese dip was like gelatin in the cup they gave me. (Prepackaged) I did not enjoy this at all and I was actually looking forward to it. The lady behind the counter was not super friendly either. It was almost like I was bothering her.

I’ve never had the best experience with this location. the pretzels are normally cold and the service is not the best i’ve seen. i’ve been to other Auntie Anne’s before and this location is not the best. their lemonade is super good and they always have fun drinks. it’s not horrible, just not preferred for me personally.

Food is ok although not fresh. Business seems in decline. in the past 2 months I bought several times here the first two times a month ago everything was fine. I purchased today and when I got home I noticed they had placed paper in the cup so they had to put less food in the cups. I'm sure its purposeful but can't see how in the long term this will help business.
