This particular location is in need of new management or something. They are constantly running out of basic things, like cheese… but they don’t tell you until after you’ve ordered your meal and god forbid you place an online order because they just won’t include the item and make no effort to let you know it’s not included. Ordered lunch on 3/21 for 3 people at work and not one of the orders were correct. 2 orders had no chicken, 2 orders had no vegetables, 1 had no queso. I have done everything online to try to talk to someone about this and it is all automated and you cannot talk to a REAL person at all. We spent $28 and basically got NOTHING!!
WORST Chipotle! You can never order in person. Staff is rude and it’s ridiculous how many employees are always just standing around! Poorly managed and run!!!
