Today I ordered a meal for delivery to my work using the Chipotle website from the Cosby Village location. When I received the meal, which arrived promptly through Door Dash, I noticed the receipt on the bag had my name and correct order; however, the food inside belonged to someone else. When I tried calling the store number, I could not speak with a real person, and the automated voice told me I would need to use the website to contact someone. When I used the chat function on the website, it took several tries to get the bot to comprehend and remedy my issue. Rather than a refund, they send a reward to my account for a free entree. Problem solved, right? Well in reality, when I tried to use my reward to re-order my food for delivery, I got hit with the "minimum $10 for delivery" message. I don't have a job where I can leave to pick up my food, so I couldn't even use the reward they sent me, and I was left with no lunch and a bad attitude. If Chipotle really wanted to remedy this, they could just take the reward off my account and send me my $25 back. Overall, a very annoying situation that seemed like it should have had an easy solution. Now I just feel bad for the "Arthur" who thought he was getting a double-sour cream, double-chicken burrito and ended up with my vegan salad.

We are trying this location again since it has been awhile. They skimp on the meat portions and when I asked for alittle more they charged me extra. Todays news was they are supposed to be going back to larger portions, not here. The place is dirty, tables not cleaned. Two people at the cash register, only need one the other person should be cleaning. Will not go here again.

One bowl and one burrito for $48.00. Girl behind the counter was providing very small portions of each ingredient to the point where it was ridiculous. Simply asked for fair portion sizes and the bill was $48 for one bowl and one burrito. Never going back to this Chipotle again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Justin, who was working the drive-thru window, was beyond rude and unprofessional. We ordered food on the way home and I didn’t realize we were early to pick up our food. I was driving and my husband (who has a broken collar bone) ordered it from his phone and my son was in the car with us. He asked us to pull back around, which we were happy to do. As we were pulling away, he complained about us loudly to his co-worker. We didn’t pull back right away, we waited another 10 minutes. After seeing no other cars pull in for 10 min, we figured it wouldn’t hurt to check if it was ready. We pull up again and first thing I say to Justin is, “No big deal if it’s not ready, we can go get gas and come back”. He goes to check with an attitude and complains again to his co-worker, with an expletive this time, and walked away. The co-worker he complained to, was already working on our order and it was done in a couple of minutes of us pulling up. We were never rude to Justin, or demanding, we were just early and we were treated horribly because of it.
