Today l went to the Chipotle in Chesterfield, VA 15668 hull st. The guy that was making the food took some chicken out of the bowl and placed back in the line. Then we the guy got to me bottom of the pan of rice touch my aluminum foil that he suppose to place my wrap on and he almost dropped the foil on the ground and instead of giving me a new foil he placed right back on the counter. This guy is trifling and need proper training for serving people food.

Staff was nice. Went in at 730pm. Only meat they had was chicken. Sad the management would allow the staff to be lazy and not have food ready. Lack of urgency to complete orders.

Waited 20 minutes for black beans! (about 3 months ago)
Decided to order delivery from here and one of our barbacoa bowls did not have any barbacoa on it.
Management at this location is awful, no customer service, and always issues with consistency.

This chipotle is highly inconsistent.

Ive been ~25 times and i have good experiences about 40% of the time. 60% its either an unusually long wait, or theyre out of guac, or theyre out of dressing, or the white rice is 10 minutes away, or the guac they give is 60% full-- and I have learned if you want a >50% full bowl you have to order live. If you order drive through youll get half a bowl.

Memorably positive experiences with a short young white girl, a tall guy with dreads, and a slender and moderately tall black girl have kept me from driving further down hull street too often, but Ive done it a half dozen times after particularly bad experiences. Many of the other reviews are consistent with what ive experienced, though I have had a number of really good experiences too.

My food was wrapped up in tiny aluminum foil and I couldn’t find the tacos in the mess. Shells were soggy, no sides, and price didn’t match the menu. Go to another place, too many locations in chesterfield.

First visit to this location. Ordered online for pickup. The Chipotlane drive through was kind of disorganized and I will avoid it in the future but the food was excellent. I think my burrito was the biggest burrito I've ever had from Chipotle. It was massive! And everything tasted fresh. I'm very pleased with my order.

Ordered two entrees, both with chicken, and the chicken was so overcooked it was inedible. Make the entire meal taste like burnt food.

This Chipotle literally sucks so hard. They always forget something, or if they run out don’t even let you know when you pick up the order. I’m sorry but I’m not giving a corporation free money. I’ve been to this location multiple times, and each time expect a better result with the service. This is an error on my part and possibly a sign of insanity, because I keep repeating the same action expecting a different result.

The staff at this location come across as bored and uninterested. Honestly, I almost feel bad asking them to complete a task because it appears that to physically pains them. The glassy eyed stare they give is so intense.

Also, when I pulled up to park I saw one of the cooks basically groping his girlfriend. He abandoned his station of an abhorrent amount of chicken on the grill (that he was cooking and 8:30pm btw) and was so painful to watch I wanted to don an apron and get back there myself. It came out so charred it could’ve been used as a fire starter.

I’m normally not super heated about bad fast food service, but it gets to a point. I had to edit my review upon reading some of the others because mine was too nice.

Pulled up for a scheduled pickup order, no one acknowledged at the drive-thru window for 15-18 minutes at least with four cars behind mine. Food was excellent BUT service needs sincere attention. Staff member did apologize while handing out the order.

In my opinion, this location can use more shift staff, each member was rushing through a ton of tasks.

Food crumbs EVERYWHERE even at the register)! A preparer picked up beans left on the preparation counter with her gloved hand, and tossed it back into the food bin. Dirty floors in the food prep and register areas, as well as the self-serve drink area. This is the second time in 5 weeks we experienced the same conditions. I entered the survey code on the receipt, but apparently they are not interested. We will NOT be going back!

I’ll echo what everyone else says. This chipotle is objectively terrible. I try it again every few months hoping it has improved but it seems to only get worse. Orders consistently wrong. Poorly prepared chicken, sad portions. Just don’t even bother with this place.
