Expensive and slow, but food is good.
Usually I love this Panera, but recently I haven’t got the best service. I waited almost 20 minutes for a premade cookie and two cups to fill with soda myself. Usually I’m pretty understanding about that stuff, but honestly I’m really disappointed by that. Especially when I’m used to friendly quick service.
The food is good but every time i get the mexican street corn soup the little chips that come with it are extremely stale and inedible 😕 please fix this it's ruining my favorite soup
update: I went back again 2 weeks later and the chips were still stale. They also forgot to bacon on my sandwich that was like $2 extra.. i'm mostly sad about the chips though please fix!!!

Panera Bread is slightly overpriced with sub par quality, and nothing to write home about. The Italian Steak and Mozzarella is a good idea but has a tiny portion of beef. The drive thru is horrendous and useless, with a fifteen to twenty minutes wait being the norm. The cashier never uses the drive thru parking. However, the staff is wonderful. The food takes longer to make than at other fast food places.
