My family was excited when this opened. Today will be my last trip as we have had the same exact issues since it opened. Every time I go through the drive though (either for mobile pick ups or real-time ordering), I'm stuck in the drive through line for 20 minutes - every single time. Today, I waited in line for 25 minutes to pick up my mobile order. It almost seems like corporate intentionally understaffs to save the company money - meanwhile, the skeleton crew can't keep up with the demand.

The only good thing I can say, is the person who gave me my order today was not slurring their speech and still half lit from the party the night before.

I recently visited this Panera location and unfortunately had a very negative experience. After consuming food from here, I developed severe food poisoning that led to the hospital for a week. While I understand that food safety issues can happen, this experience was extremely serious and concerning. I hope the management takes all necessary steps to ensure food handling and preparation meet the highest safety standards to prevent this from happening to others.

Whenever this place gets busy, it’s crazy. I went here when it was pretty busy and I didn’t get my order at all, so I waited for more than a hour and yet I didn’t get my meal. Then, when I confronted them about it they said they couldn’t find my order. When I clearly put my order down. I understand when a place is busy I wouldn’t get my order quickly, but even when it’s not busy it takes more than 40 minutes to get my order. It shouldn’t take that long for one sandwich. Waiting for such a small order wasted so much of my time.

This is by far THE WORST Panera I’ve ever been to! The staff is borderline unemployable. They always act annoyed when you order, and most of the time my order turns out incorrect. Getting bagels there is a nightmare. They move at a snails pace, and are irritated if you ask to have them sliced. We live nearby, and we were really excited to have a new local Panera. After giving them the benefit of the doubt since they were new, I would now rather make the extra drive down to Brad McNeer location to avoid this place. I hope management can turn this location around, as I know that my opinion is the sentiment of many in the surrounding neighborhoods.

This location is absolutely ridiculous. It never has enough staff. right now. I’m currently locked in to the drive-through because I pulled up and they said it’s gonna be 20 to 30 minutes and I didn’t want to wait now I have three cars ahead of me. They are not moving people to parking so They’re just keeping people locked in. There’s obviously no active supervisor on site
