“Well First of all, I have to say the truth that I never been there or try any menu in this restaurant because I live in Thailand , but Why I have to give maximum stars for this restaurant? :) Because I have my special one who really love Thai food 😋 , lives not far from this restaurant and I want to make some surprise for him on Valentine’s day. “We ordered carryout via Grubhub, ONLY because their website apparently only allows 3rd party online ordering. (Note to restaurant: set up ordering using your own website or use Toast, which is way better. ) We arrived at the time when GrubHub said the order would be ready. The hostess said it would be done in 5 minutes. 15 minutes LATER, we found out the order hadn’t even been sent to the kitchen yet. In the end, we got our food more than 1/2 hour late. To his credit, Jack (owner or manager) comped the entire order. I would have be satisfied with 50%, so I appreciate the full refund. I wish he hadn’t attempted to throw his employee under the bus first. She’s only as competent as her training. Food was delicious. So there’s that. I’ll go back, but probably only when I can eat in.“

“The food was great! The young lady running the shift was very professional and friendly. When I got there she was already helping a customer so I was going to wait my turn. She did take a moment to greet me. While the other customer was looking for his card to pay, she offered me a free sample of one of the entrees. Once the other customer was done, she asked me about my order, I explained that this was my first time at Basil Thai Kitchen, so I wasn't familiar with all the options available. She was patient and described each option to me while making a few recommendations. I went with green beans, chili chicken, spicy chicken, and jalapeño shrimp.The atmosphere was pretty noisy, but I can't really hold that against Basil Thai Kitchen as they are located in Chesterfield Towne Center's food court. If you find yourself taking a walk at the mall or just window shopping, I highly recommend Basil Thai Kitchen.“
