Exceptional ambience, service, food quality. Cream of crab, crab imperial was so good. I am a particular food critic, I'm very impressed with the entire dining experience.

Liz provided excellent service. My Alfredo fettuccine with flounder was awesome. My wife’s seafood Newport was delicious. The chocolate cake was the icing on our dinner! We highly recommend.

The fried flounder left a lot to be desired. Way too much batter. Red potatoes were dry. But the service was great!

Seafood was probably the best on the island - at least downtown. Staff was friendly and attentive. We went twice and tried fresh fish, steamed clams, mussels, baked scallops, fried seafood and pasta. All great, sizable portions. Sides were also great! (4 stars due to tough lobster in one of the stews.)

The food was good. The staff was great but the portions were on the small size for the price you pay. For a seafood restaurant the cooks did ok for the steak but I would not recommend that.

I understand why this is rated as the best dining on the island. The portions are large and the food did not disapoint, although we both felt like the crab appetizer special was a nothingburger, and that it felt like it could've come out of a can. We were not impressed. We both had the cioppino, and the broth was delicious. The white fish in it was divine, but I found the lobster a little tough. Overall, we had a very nice experience. The service was very sweet and friendly, and they were attentive despite being very busy.

Great vibes, great staff. Food is solid but nothing to write home about.

Had a 5pm reservation on father's day. Out of NY strip. Out of kids ribeye. After ordering the waitress comes back and tells daughter they are out of the mashed potatoes. My wife had ordered those as well but she only addressed my daughter. We wondered about that but had hoped maybe my wife got the last order. She did not and we didn't find that out until the food came. Substitute a very overcooked baked potato. Not making waves over a potato. My surf and turf comes out closer to medium well then medium rare. Tasted like roast beef. Lobster was quite chewy. Daughters filet was overdone as well but she said she would deal. I sent mine back. They said they would remake the filet but the lobster would take like 30 min and would still be the same consistency. Wow ok... I told them never mind and to just take it off the bill. They did....but said we are just charging you for the sides.....a side salad and the baked potato that was way overcooked. After me saying no that im not paying for the side either, they did take it off the bill. Yes, I was the guy that all the staff in the back had to poke their heads out to see. Giving 2 stars because the waitress tried her best and my mom liked her food.

Oh my heavens. Wonderful Oysters Rockefeller, huge lobster, and flavorful steak. Would get mistaken as a Doordash delivery driver again.

Just had a great dinner here.

Salads were fresh and a nice size
Broiled scallops done just right. Seafood Norfolk had a nice cheese topping full of shrimp and scallops.

Service was excellent.
Do make a reservation they were very busy.

My daughter and I were there today and bought 2 - 20 oz steaks hoping it would feed us for 3 meals as we are small eaters. The meat came. Very fatty and there was absolutely no taste. It was awful. My daughter has been there before and she said the food and service has deteriorated significantly.

We were disappointed after reading reviews. Salad and French soup were great. Husband steak was dry. Wasn't charged for it but they did charge him for his potato and vegetable he didn't eat. Shrimp pasta was pretty tasteless. Took it home and added lemon juice, parmesan cheese and seasoning and it was much improved.

Been in town for a couple weeks this is literally the worst food I've had on the island and also the most expensive. I've tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner all over Chincoteague. This is a 0 out of 5 stars. Salad from a bag, terrible dressing, I ordered a medium rare filet that looked like an old catchers mitt and was just as tough. The crab cake had zero taste might as well been a piece of white bread and the baked potato was the size of an jumbo egg with some sort of fake cheese sauce all for the reasonable price of $80... dont go here dont waste your time or money... everything else is a better option
