Gary Howard is the place for fresh fish and shellfish of all types in Chincoteague. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended to get items for a great meal or appetizers.
We come off-season every Thanksgiving week and we always make sure to stop by Gary Howard’s for oysters and steamed shrimp. There’s no other place on the island for fresh seafood. Gary has even shucked and packed oysters fresh on the spot for us!
