“I love all the pretty murals outside and inside this restaurant! It has a great ocean view! It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. My fried cod and waffle fries were delicious! This is a historic building and it gives really interesting information on the menu about it. My partner loved his crab and artichoke dip. They had Keylime pie, but I didn’t get it (THIS time!). One of my kiddos had macaroni and cheese and it was the Kraft kind so that made his taste buds very happy! Their food came out on frisbees!“

When you're a tourist and don't know anything about the local restaurants, a packed parking lot usually means it's a local favorite! It did not disappoint! “We spent the weekend in Chincoteague for our 65th anniversary. On Saturday we ate lunch and dinner at Bill's. My husband had oysters for lunch and flounder for dinner and was pleased with both selections. I had shrimp for lunch and the fried seafood platter for dinner. They shrimp for both meals were very small and did not have a lot of taste. The clam chowder that was included with my dinner was delicious. The rest of the seafood was average. For sides we had the Granny Smith apple cold slaw and red mashed potatoes with cheddar and hamhocks. Both were absolutely scrumptious. Our cocktails were great, as was the service! We made reservations for dinner. The restaurant filled up quickly but there seemed to be adequate staff. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. We would go back again.“

“A local Chincoteague favorite. Excellent specials - usually non-seafood American classics like fried chicken, prime rib, and beef dumplings at an unbeatable price and quality. Classic-style buffalo wings, daily vegetable rotation, and excellent fries. Plentiful dining hall seating, great for parties 1-14. Bar seating with full food service as well. Standard menu has plentiful seafood options. Tip: large parking lot behind the building. You can go next door to Island Creamery after your meal for fantastic ice cream.“
