“Great Brunches. Fun staff. The flight of Mimosas was a treat. Although the dinner menu is not as good as it was last year. It reminded me of the food from 5 years ago. Most things were prepared with cream sauce, butter sauce, or fried. I miss the fresh lighter meals.“
“Delicious fresh foods with fine drinks and wine with the best spectacular sunset in Chincoteague Island. So we went straight two nights for dinner. And very kind Nate was surprised us with Wedding Anniversary special cake. Thank you so much Nate.I will definitely recommend to our families and friends. We will be back?“
“Hands down the best seafood on Chincoteague Island! We ate lunch here today and Bill's did not disappoint! It exceeded our expectations in all aspects...food, service, and atmosphere! The Cream of crab soup was delicious and I grew up catching, picking, and cooking crabs so I'm pretty darn picky about my crab dishes and this recipe is to die for good! The surf n turf burger was amazing too as Bill's homemade crab dip and cheddar atop the hamburger was a Home Run! Both my husband and I loved it and I had half a burger for another meal since it was a half a pound burger! My husband had the crab cake sandwich which he said was exceptional too! Our Server, Cohen, was exceptional and the decor and atmosphere were delightful too!“
“We arrived around 5 on a Thursday and waited 30 min or so, as promised, for a table. They attract a crowd and know how to move people through. The seafood is reasonably priced and seems fresh. The fried food was heavy on the oil and the broiled didn't look interesting enough, but it was an interesting place to eat. The hush puppies are to die for, don't want to forget them!!“
“Delicious food - seriously so good no time to talk until food is gone or until you are so stuffed you can't take another bite - yes the food is that good- welcoming atmosphere - beautiful view - awesome owner who has awesome staff working for her & oh the drinks! This place is a true gem - and a new returning favorite.“
“Blackfin is incredible. The food is freshly prepared and very unique. They have an amazing breakfast menu fill with everything from Eggs Benedict four different ways to their own creations like the Blackfin stack. Their lunch menu has the best tacos, flatbread creations including a smoked salmon flatbread to fried oyster baskets made with the freshest Chincoteague salt oysters. Their dinners are where they really show how creative they are with their original tapas menu, burgers, flatbread and main courses of the week. This restaurant has been a hit since the day they opened their doors and it keeps getting better and better. Love them.“
“It was one of few restaurants that were open during off-season, and it was packed. They played live music on 2nd floor and the helpers were very kind.I ordered seafood steamed platter, quantity wise it was big! A cluster of stone crab, a cluster of snow crab, about a half dozen of clams, oysters, half pound shrimps, and two side! Quality-wise, I liked it! It wasn't the best seafood, but very good seafood. Also when we get there, there was certain dishes on sale (50%!), it made the steamed seafood platter really good deals.“
“After a day of exploring Chincoteague this place provided a delicious surf and turf dinner. We had the filet mignon, lobster tail, crab imperial, and bacon wrapped scallops. The seafood and meat were perfectly cooked. The seasoning on the lobster tail was strong for our taste but that's just personal preference. We like more delicate seasoning typically.Happy to have found this spot during our first time in Chincoteague.“
“I love this place! The food is always great and the specials are always creative. The beer selection even if not the largest selection there's a choice for everyone. The service is top notch even when they're super busy! My beer is always full and we're checked on frequently without being intrusive!I like the feel of Steamers. It's like a hometown restaurant even for this damn Yankee!I hope Steamers grows into a landmark and travel destination! They work hard to provide a great dining experience and it shows in every way possible“
“Food is good, albeit a little expensive (it's a marina after all). I really enjoyed the crab soup (order this!) and the fish and chips were delicious. Dessert was an unexpectedly tasty surprise. The drinks are a little cloying, so be prepared for syrupy sweetness if you're ordering one of the house cocktails. Overall a lovely restaurant.“
“All 4 of us enjoyed our dinners at the Pearl. Our server was attentive and the bread and hush puppies were brought to our table shortly after placing our order. I had the Cavatappi pasta with pesto and it was a huge portion. Others in our group had fish dishes that were very good.“
“Enjoyed a fabulously incomparable crab cake sandwich with house made Old Bay Chips, hush puppies, and potato salad accompanied by terrific orange crush for lunch on Sunday afternoon! Crab cake was full of meat! Best meal we have had on the island! And service was genuinely friendly and quick! Is now a definite go to when in Chincoteague! Thank you, Capt. Zack's Seafood! See you again asap!“
