Gorgeous decor and wonderful outdoor boardwalk dining area. The only issue was the extremely loud music inside. “We went to the NorthEast Seafood Kitchen for a birthday dinner. Even though they were full, they worked us into a table to accommodate our crew- including two toddlers and a two-month old. Happy hour at the Shark is our favorite place to go while visiting the Ocean. This was night number 3 for us this trip and as always the food was delicious maybe better than in years past. Always fresh served hot and always with a warn friendly smile. It’s always good to go the a place that’s has a feel like “Cheer’s “ atmosphere. She carefully orchestrated each person's meal down to last minute changes and boxed desserts to go. She turned what could've been a disastrous evening into a wonderful and smooth dinner party. “The service was great, the food was great, period. Other places should take notes, this is how an oyster fritter sandwich is done. It was light and crispy with plenty of oysters. The fritter takes up the whole slice of bread. This sandwich is a good deal at $12. I have to warn you though, get there early, they sell out pretty quickly and when you try one, you will understand why. If you love oysters, give this place a try. You won't regret it.“

My son and his father recently ate here while visiting Ocean City, and after he came back home to St. Mary’s County, we realized his phone had been left behind. When I called the restaurant, not only did they confirm they had it, but the manager, Johnny, immediately offered to send it back to us. He asked for my address and shipped it straight to our home — no charge, no hassle, no questions asked. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, this went above and beyond anything I could have expected. This level of kindness, honesty, and genuine care for customers is rare, and it speaks volumes about the type of people who run this restaurant. Even though we live hours away, they treated us like locals and family.
