Not a bad place physically. The wait staff was sweet and got us anything we needed when we needed it. The food was not the best. I got chicken and dumplings it was very salty. I got a side salad (if you want to call it a salad) it had one ring of onion, about six lettuce leaves, a slice of tomato and a few croutons. Great service in a cozy retro diner /restaurant. Our food was good. My husband loved the fried chicken livers. Our Reuben's were very tasty but the meat was a little tough ( not sure if it was just sliced a little thick). Fries were ok.

Had the fried chicken special with a baked potato which was delicious. Also had the navy bean soup which was very tasty. The sides we had (salad, cucumbers with onions and string beans were terrible). I found it hard to give them a rating with some of the food great and some terrible.
