Dunkin' Your location on Midlothian Turnpike Richmond, VA is horrendous to say the least. This morning during my visit the employees were nothing short of disrespectful and despicable. The drive thru employee talked over me while ordering and did not secure the tops on my coffee drinks and it ended up spilling. The $6 breakfast meal, which includes a sausage, egg and croissant, hash browns, and a medium coffee, has been a good deal, though the sausage was substituted with bacon, and the hash browns were undercooked on the inside and overcooked on the outside.
Overall, Dunkin' appears to provide a decent experience, but customers may want to exercise caution when trying certain menu items, especially those outside the core donut and coffee offerings.
